It matters because who owns a funeral home shapes how it's run, how decisions get made, and how much room there is to give a family time. Funeral care is about you and your family and family values are meaningful. We also believe you shouldn’t have to pay more than you need to.

Whichever way your family wants to say goodbye, we can arrange it. Whether a service in our own chapel or in a church of your choice, burial or cremation, and for cremation, your choice of Woongarra Crematorium, Whitsunday Crematorium, or our own water-based Gentleway. There is no right or wrong in funeral care, and our focus is providing our services, your way.

Robin holds Queensland Funeral Care experience of thirty years, and that shows up in the small things: nothing here is rushed, nothing is templated, and every family gets the time they actually need to get it right.
We won't ask you to spend more than the farewell calls for. From a simple direct cremation to a full church service, or a service in our chapel, every option is priced honestly and explained plainly, so you choose what's right for your family, not what's easiest for ours.
Based at 3 Railway Avenue, Railway Estate Townsville, our team handles everything from the first phone call to the day itself, the paperwork, the photo tributes and service booklets our own in-house team designs, and live-streaming for family who can't be there in person.
Our Facilities In Townsville
The right farewell often starts with the right room. Our chapel can seat up to 300, yet suitable for an intimate gathering of 20, and is equiped for live-streaming, music and photo tributes, whether you'd like a full religious service or one with no religious content at all, both are equally welcome here.
We also keep a dedicated kids' room opposite the chapel, with a change table, toys and books, and a separate parenting room, because grief doesn't pause for children, and neither should your family's ability to be there.
